Two ways in. Take the route guide and run it yourself, with every road, ferry, onsen and fuel stop already worked out. Or hand me the whole thing and just show up. Bike, lodging, meals, logistics and a guide who knows the country, all handled.

About Dave, Principal Coach.
Despite a more casual outdoorsy upbringing in Vermont, Dave's adventurous spirit blossomed after moving to Colorado. He discovered a passion for backcountry skiing, mountain biking, and extreme mountain sports. His personal transformation fuels his belief that anyone can achieve their fitness goals and unleash their own inner adventurer. Coming from humble beginnings, Dave attended the University of Vermont, where he honed a multidisciplinary mindset and over years became one of the University's most promising young men and was inducted into the Boulder Society.
Dave spent many years feeling self-conscious about his self-worth and intellect. It wasn't until he actively pursued a Lab Mindset, continually experimenting and testing various iterations of solutions that he was able to find what truly married success & happiness. It was this a-ha moment that set Dave down this path of shepherding clients down their own paths to success & happiness. Dave's ready to guide you on your own health & lifestyle journey.
